1. Agreement

By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. Services & Deliverables

We provide services as outlined in proposals or invoices. Changes to the scope may incur additional fees.

3. Annual Subscription Fee

• Standard Plan: ₹12,999
• Premium Plan: ₹17,999

Payments must be made as per invoice schedule. Late payments may incur penalties.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds are discretionary and may be prorated.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables transfers only after full payment. Until then, rights remain with us.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal data as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the courts of Maharashtra.
